"Really glad I went with this treadmill"
I bought a NordicTrack treadmill last year, and we’ve been using it consistently, probably 4 or 5 times a week. At this point it’s become part of the routine, so I’ve definitely had enough time to see how it holds up.
What makes me feel good about it is that it still feels solid every time I step on it. There’s no weird wobbling, no rattling, and nothing feels like it’s starting to loosen up. The belt still runs smoothly, and the frame feels sturdy even after a lot of use.
I remember feeling a little nervous about spending that much money on it, but i don’t regret it. It just feels like a quality machine, and that gives me peace of mind. Delivery went fine too, so overall I’m really happy with the purchase

"Got the part, but the wait was annoying"
I needed a replacement part for my treadmill and was glad they actually had it in stock, because I’m picky about keeping my workout stuff running. The part worked once it finally arrived, so I can’t complain too much there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t very helpful. Personally, I get impatient when tracking info is vague, so that made the whole process feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

Shipping was smooth for the most part, and it only showed up a day late. I was a little unsure at first and kept checking for updates, but everything arrived fine in the end, which was reassuring.

"Return was fine, but the refund timing confused me"
I had to return my order, and the return itself was okay, but the whole refund timeline was a little confusing. I wasn’t totally sure if it was supposed to take a few days or longer, and I ended up following up twice before the money finally showed up. Support did respond, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the process had been faster and a bit clearer.

I’ve been using my NordicTrack treadmill for a few months now, and overall it’s been a really solid buy. The belt runs nice and smooth, the incline adjusts quickly, and it feels steady even when I pick up the pace. It doesn’t have that shaky feeling some treadmills do, which I really appreciate.
Putting it together took longer than I expected, but once it was set up, everything worked like it should. I contacted support with a small setup question and they basically said to double-check the connections and give it a full restart, which did the trick. The screen is clear, the motor is quieter than I thought it would be, and so far I’m happy with it

"Good workouts, subscription feels a little pricey"
I’ve been using the app for the workouts i do like them. They’re easy to follow and I’ve had a good experience with that side of it. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the monthly price, it feels a bit high for what I’d want to pay regularly. That said, billing itself was smooth and I didn’t run into any weird charges or surprises

Delivery went smoothly, and I had it put together in about an hour. The instructions were clear enough to follow without much guesswork. Just a heads up for anyone putting it together alone: there was one part I definitely needed an extra set of hands to lift, so it’s worth having someone nearby for that step. So far, it’s working just fine and I’m happy with it.

I’ve used the app a bunch of times now, probably 40 or 50 at least, and it hasn’t dropped the connection on me once. It just opens, connects, and does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss.

At first, I wasn’t totally sure about spending that much, so I compared a few options before deciding. Once I looked at what NordicTrack included and how the features actually fit what I wanted, it made more sense. The monthly payments definitely helped make it feel more manageable too.
After using it for a bit, I feel better about the purchase. The machine feels sturdy, the workouts keep me motivated, and I’m actually using it instead of letting it sit there. It’s not exactly cheap, but based on my experience so far, I feel like I got good value for the money
